You choose your time slot for Gear Deliveries and Pick-ups between 6:00 am - 9:00 am OR 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm . Banff orders require 24 hours notice. Times may be flexible.
You MUST be 19 years of age & sign our release of Liability Waiver Agreement prior to receiving your gear.
Someone MUST be present to accept & return the gear or arrange to leave it with your Hotel Front Desk staff/Concierge.
