  • We are an ONLINE ONLY business. We have no business address. Delivery is provided in Banff, Canmore & Deadmans Flats areas.

  • Your gear will be delivered to the agreed upon time between 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm the night before your hike OR between 5:30 am - 10:00 am the morning of your hike.

  • You MUST be 19 years of age & sign our release of Liability Waiver Agreement prior to receiving your gear.

  • Someone MUST be present to accept & return the gear or arrange to leave it with your Hotel Front Desk staff/Concierge.

  • Backpack(s) & gear rentals are subject to availability.

  • Pick-Up times and locations may be flexible. Text me to confirm.
